WSFRL Run Your Heart Out 8K
Striders making the best of the dry weather at the Crawley Run Crew's Run Your Heart Out race. Approximately 8K (5 miles), starting on the track at K2 leisure centre then over a mixture of trail and pavement paths around Tilgate lakes, with some hills.

Brighton Marathon 2021

Bluebell Trail Runs Angmering
On Sunday 25th April a number of Striders took part in the local Bluebell trail runs in Angmering Park. In sunny spring conditions, the runs were enjoyed by all. There was even time to stop and video a deer in the woods!
It’s snowing!

Striders return to training
As lockdown restrictions were eased Worthing Striders returned to training on Tuesday 30th March. We were blessed with a warm evening and a turnout of more than 30 who enjoyed socially distanced training. It was good to meet up and see familiar faces!
Brighton Half Marathon 2020
